Hi everyone, 

The United Soccer Coaches National Video Exchange goes live today!

The first step to seeing any fixtures, footage, or stats in the exchange is to add yourself and your staff to the competition (as this is year one, footage and data won't roll in until games kick off).

Below are instructions on how to add yourself (or your staff) to the competition and what you're looking at once you're in:

Adding yourself or someone else

1. Click Competitions in the left menu, then go to the Members tab.
2. Find your competition — it'll show under "Other Leagues" if you haven't joined yet, or "Your Leagues" if you have.
   a. You will see other participating divisions as their own competitions. You can add yourself as a viewer for recruiting and scouting purposes to enhance your experience.
3. Click Add Member, search by name or email of members of your account, assign a role, and hit Add (you can do this for yourself or someone else in your account).

Quick note on roles…it matters which one you assign:

• Editor: Can create fixtures and edit their own recordings only. (Coaches responsible for video)
• Viewer: Read-only access. Can view and download footage but can't create or edit anything, (Usually players or coaches needing to view video only)

Once you are in the exchange, it will be empty. No games yet.

For now you can still access the demo exchange, practice your workflows, and get your games scheduled!

Schedule your games

1. Determine your video upload method (how your team plans to get video into the exchange)
2. Every video upload or recording method outlined requires you to create a new fixture in the exchange.
3. Schedule each home game of your regular season.

If your conference has a Spiideo Replay partnership? No need to schedule your home games. Your venue manager will do it for you.

Want to schedule all your home games at once? Just repeat that process for each fixture — there's no bulk import, so the quickest and recommended approach is to block out some time before the season and create them all in one sitting. It goes fast once you've done a couple.

NOTE: Exhibitions or pre-season games will NOT be uploaded to the exchange. If you are above a Basic tier, you can record locally in the recordings tab of your Spiideo Perform account.
