Hi everyone,

We are less than three weeks away from the start of the 2026 season!

As the Lead Customer Success Manager on the NVE, my team’s job over the next several weeks is to make sure you and your program are fully ready to use the exchange from day one. I’ll be sending a weekly email summarizing important items.

Haven't signed an order form yet?

Only those with signed order forms will receive access to the demo exchange and the subsequent National Video Exchange (NVE) for the season.
If you haven't already signed your order form for the NVE package, please contact your sales manager. If you have not selected a package at all, you can do it here.

Here's where to start

     1. Schedule your installation. With the season starting soon, it’s important to get your Spiideo camera set up at your venue. This should be done at least two weeks before your first home game. Book time with our installation manager ASAP here.

If you’ve already installed your Spiideo cameras, please run a scene check to confirm image quality, calibration, and network speed. If your venue needs recalibration or any other adjustments, contact support@spiideo.com.

     2. Bookmark the enablement resource library. We've built a single landing page with everything you'll need: setup steps, how-to videos, policies, FAQs, and support info.
This will be the home base for the exchange all season, so it's worth bookmarking now.

Discover the enablement library

     3. Access the Demo Exchange. To help you familiarize yourself with the video and analysis workflows, we’ve populated a demo exchange with 10 games from Gotham FC’s current season. You can find this under the Competitions tab in your Spiideo account and walkthrough video HERE.

To access the demo exchange:

  • Login to your Spiideo account.

  • Go to the Competitions section of the left menu and click Members.

  • You will see “DEMO League” under the Competitions section.

  • Add yourself as a viewer and click Add.

  • Once you are added, click the Competitions tab on the left menu and you will see the Demo. Other staff members can be granted access as well and you must be an Admin to grant access.

Troubleshooting: If you do not see the name of the demo account in your tab or have any other questions, please reply to me or directly to your team Customer Success Manager. You will see who that is at the end of this email.

A quick note regarding the Demo Exchange footage: The demo does not feature Spiideo’s patented virtual panorama (VP) or functioning pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) capabilities. Rest assured, both of these features will be fully available for any games recorded with Spiideo cameras.

Over the next few weeks, we'll continue sharing best practices, video tutorials, and other resources to help you prepare for the upcoming season. Everything will also be available in the enablement resource library for easy reference. In the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager with any questions.

If you run into anything along the way, just reply to this email and I'll help directly.

Best,
Derek Schell
